Join Kate Noakes for a day exploring the words, patterns, images and symbols etched on our skin. Make no assumptions; the tattoo keeper is always a surprise...
Tattoos are art work, signifier, and memorial, intentional and regretted. From all cultures and traditions, they are tales for the asking and imagining narratives and jumping off points. Make no assumptions; the tattoo keeper is always a surprise. Join Kate Noakes for a day of exercises and prompts exploring the words, patterns, images and symbols etched on our skin, and that have found their way into contemporary poetry. Personal experience is not required.
One-day face-to-face workshop from 10:30am to 4:30pm.
